Wags and Whiskers is one of the few facilities in the state that offers PennHip diagnostics. PennHipp is a tool used to measure hip laxity. It can detect the presence of osteoarthritis or hip dysplasia in canine companions. Breeders often use this service to determine breeding soundness.  It can be performed on patients as young as 16 weeks old.
